Starting Monday, November 5th,
12-14u teams will be training in the gym from 6-7pm and then lifting with our performance training coach, Randy Young, from 7-8pm
15-18u teams will be training in the gym from 5-6pm and lifting with our performance training coach, Randy Young, after from 6-7pm
- All volleyball skills will be worked on throughout the first two weeks. As we move towards the end of November, we will shift the training so that it is more position focused to prepare the athletes for their teams.
- While the girls are working with Randy, they will be working to improve their strength and power through lifting and plyometrics which will lead to seeing an improvement not only on the court, but in their vertical jump as well. Along with some of these aspects, Randy is going to be focusing on injury prevention to keep the girls healthy and on the court as we move into the long club season.
